I purchased this fob but for an error and I should have made the return. I filled the form on the website to ask for further information but no one answered me. I also wrote two emails but as before no one gave me an answer.

Customer care or assistence is inexistent, they completely ignore you before and after the purchase.
(15 days) Shipping from Singapore, is it really unavoidable for a pocket size box?
At least the fob is nice and is made of metal.

Doesn’t deliver or reply on email

Was really exited to get my new fob for my mini key but never got the item delivered it’s been at Dutch customs for a while was waiting for info from the company. They never replied also don’t reply on questions thru email I’ve send multiple emails wouldn't recommend the company! Hope they can make it up and still deliver the product
